Take Part in a Paranormal Investigation
DAW Paranormal occasionally opens selected investigations to a small number of public participants. These are opportunities to experience how we investigate unusual reports and locations—not staged ghost-hunting entertainment.
What Taking Part Means
Our public investigations are designed around the same principles that guide our wider work.
Participants may have the opportunity to join quiet observation periods, take part in structured experiments, use selected equipment and record their own experiences.
We don’t manufacture activity or promise that anything unusual will happen. A quiet investigation can be just as valuable as one in which unexplained events are reported.

A Different Kind of Investigation
DAW investigations are deliberately kept small. We want participants to have time to observe the environment, ask questions and understand what is being done rather than simply move from one activity to another.
Where something unusual occurs, we consider possible environmental or conventional explanations before drawing conclusions. Participants are encouraged to record their own observations before discussing them with others where appropriate.
Small Groups
Limited participant numbers allow investigations to remain manageable and focused.
Hands-On Investigation
Participants can experience selected methods and equipment rather than simply watching.
No Predetermined Conclusions
We don’t tell participants what they are expected to experience and we don’t guarantee paranormal activity.
Where We Investigate
Our investigations take place at selected historic and unusual locations, principally on the Isle of Wight. Some locations form part of our continuing research, while others may be investigated periodically when an appropriate opportunity arises.
Register Your Interest
We don’t run a continuous calendar of public ghost hunts. Instead, selected investigations are opened when a suitable location, date and research opportunity becomes available.
